COMPACT HPL

Compact Hpl is a compact grade high pressure laminate (HPL) whose decorative surface conforms to EN 438 and ISO 4586 standards. The core is made up of layers of cellulose fibres impregnated with phenolic resins; the surface by one or more layers of cellulose fibres impregnated with thermosetting resins, providing the decorative function. The manufacturing process involves the combined application of heat and high pressure in multi-daylight presses in which resin polycondensation takes place.

Its resistance to wear and vapour, its hygienic properties as well make it the ideal material for self-supporting furniture systems.

Their non-porous surface is not affected by pencils, cigarette burns and knocks, while cleaning easily with mild disinfectants.

Natural variations in temperature and humidity have no adverse effect on the properties of Compact Hpl, leaving unchanged its physical and mechanical properties. Extreme fluctuations of temperature and relative humidity do not affect the appearance or the properties of the panel.

Compact Hpl is available in a wide variety of colors and dimensions. Its core may be has brown colour, black, full colour (has the same colour as its decorative surface) or contains layers of aluminum.

LAMISHIELD

Compact Hpl Lamishield is the answer to a specific increasingly requirement: the reduction of risks of infections and illness related to cross contamination.

Thanks to the silver-ion technology fully incorporated into the decorative layer, Lamishield reduces the level of bacteria on its surface by up to 99.9% according to ISO 22196:2011

In conjunction with good hygiene and cleaning practice, Lamishield is able to inhibit the growth of a broad spectrum of microbes.

It is used in all types of interior masonry cladding (surgeries, resuscitation rooms, negative pressure chambers, etc.), table surfaces, workbenches, food surfaces, desks, etc.
